Safety limits and interactions
NutriSheet knows upper limits and common interactions between supplements and speaks up before you exceed the recommended daily dose or combine two things that work against each other.
Once you take more than a couple of supplements it gets hard to keep track of what goes with what and when the daily amount is too much. NutriSheet logs your intake, warns about interactions and safety limits and reminds you in time, on iPhone, Apple Watch and in the home screen widget.
No tracking, no ads, no subscription

Tick an intake off on your wrist, see the day at a glance in the widget and get reminded at the right time, without ever opening the app.
Intakes can go to Apple Health, workouts and weight come back from it. Enter your own blood values and compare them against your intake over time.
Capture a product by barcode or photograph the label instead of typing every ingredient by hand. Recognised values can be corrected before saving.
What you take and since when, as a PDF for your next appointment. Plus a restock list and a breakdown of what your supplements cost per month.
Everything lives on your device and syncs at most through your private iCloud. No account, no tracking, no ads, no subscription.
NutriSheet is your digital companion for tracking supplement intake. Create custom products with their ingredients, track your daily intake, and keep an overview of safety limits, interactions and recommended intake times.
All intake in NutriSheet is product-based. You first create a product (e.g. a multivitamin) with its ingredients. On the dashboard, you can then document your daily intake via Quick-Add. NutriSheet automatically calculates totals and warns you when safety limits are exceeded.
NutriSheet uses a traffic-light system based on EU upper limits: Green = safe (below 80% of the upper limit), Yellow/Orange = caution (80–99% of the upper limit), Red = warning (upper limit reached or exceeded). All values are based on the EU NRV standards.
