PatternCrack is a logic game where you have to crack a secret colour code. After each guess you get feedback, black pegs mark a correct colour in the correct position, white pegs mark a correct colour in the wrong position.

The principle is the same: you guess a colour combination, get feedback after every attempt about correct colours and correct positions, and reason your way to the solution. Anyone who knows the board-game classic with the coloured pegs will feel at home straight away. Unlike on the board, you set the code length, the number of colours and the number of attempts yourself, and there is a daily challenge with Game Center leaderboards on top.

You can configure difficulty individually, code length (3–6 pegs), number of colours (4–8), number of guesses (6–15 or unlimited), and whether duplicates are allowed.
